Omega Disability, LLC will not sell, rent, exchange or otherwise disclose information about our site visitors without their prior permission.

We capture limited information about visits to the site, but this information is used only to analyze general traffic patterns (e.g. what pages are most/least popular) and to perform routine system maintenance.

If a user chooses to submit content to us and provide personally identifiable information about his or herself, we will not use the information for any purpose other than to provide answers to questions asked, provide representation and advoacy for Social Security Disability cases, or upon request, to assist site users in obtaining counsel to address their legal needs if Omega Disability’s services would not be appropriate for the assistance requested. However, some information such as emails, comments, or tweets may be subject to publication on this site or may be made public by their very nature (tweets are generally published to Twitter, and therefore the internet by their very nature, for instance).

We shall ask permission of the specific user submitting information or correspondence to and/or prior to publishing any personally identifiable information provided, but retain the right to publish anything submitted with names, twitter handles, or email addresses removed.
